Teams / Pupils / Dual Study Program

For us, theory without hands-on experience is like knowing all football rules by heart but never having played a single match. For us, the more cross-functional context and experience the more profound the impact. That‘s why we would like to hear from original, holistic thinkers whose hearts beat sports, fashion and lifestyle and whose brains are eager to create the future of this growing industry by digging into it – from the inside and outside.

          The Dual Study Program

            Description

Depending on the course the duration of the dual study program last between three and three and half years. The Dual Study Programs are mainly taught in German. They start in September with a month-long orientation period at the adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany and after that you will switch between theoretical and practical phases. The exact duration of each interval is depending on the respective study course and the rotational plan is released by the respective university at the start of the degree.

In accordance with your degree program, each practical rotation will take you to a different relevant department. This allows you to adapt what you learned in theory and put it into practice. We also offer you the opportunity to complete one rotation abroad in Europe.

            Process

Our application process for the Dual Study Program consists of three stages:

            • Online application with your creative presentation (for more information, please read the specific job description)
            • Video Interview
            • Recruitment day

In the video interview, we would like to get to know you better and to learn more about you and your motivation for applying. Prepare yourself for the interview by doing some research in advance about adidas and the Dual Study Program.

The interview will be conducted in both German and English. Whatever the outcome, you’ll hear from us as soon as we have interviewed every candidate, usually within one to two weeks after the interview. After a successful interview, we’ll invite you to a recruitment event where you’ll get the opportunity to present yourself to a selected group of employees and convince that you are the right candidate.

The recruitment event at our company headquarters in Herzogenaurach takes halfday, and physical attendance is required. Travelling costs within Germany are reimbursed. For the event, there’s no particular dress code because we want you to feel comfortable. You may want to avoid competitor brands.
