Start your career as a Retail Professional or Advanced Retail Professional
As a Retail Professional or an Advanced Retail Professional you have the opportunity to learn retail in an environment where you can fuse your personal passion for sport and style with your career. Positions include Sales Associate, Merchandiser, Cashier, Stockroom Specialist, and In-Store Trainer, among others. In these positions you are responsible for ensuring consumers receive a leading brand and shopping experience.

Stepping Into Management: Assistant Store Manager
On your path to taking full responsibility of running a store this is your opportunity to prepare yourself by first Stepping Into Management. This level includes a variety of roles in the store, such as Assistant Manager, Associate General Manager or Floor Manager. In such a position you will contribute to store profitability and performance targets. You will coordinate team members and will assume Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Join the Retail Management: Store Manager
Store Managers drive profitability by meeting store sales and profit targets, managing resources to provide customers with a leading shopping experience, and driving the execution of established policies, procedures, and initiatives. Store Managers can progress into senior field positions such as District Manager, or into corporate positions similar to those available at the Stepping Into Management level.

On top of a Retail career: District Manager
District Managers drive profitability by meeting sales and profit targets, coaching and motivating Store Managers to excel in performance and customer service. They ensure proper execution of established policies, procedures, and directives. District Managers have direct contact with the Retail Back Office, the support structure of our retail division, which provides many opportunities for lateral transfers into the corporate office.
