In North Europe we have some of the most iconic sporting cities and with our headquarters just outside Manchester, what better place to build your career?
adidas North Europe is spread throughout 9 different countries – UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Head Office for North Europe is in Stockport (UK), but there are 3 other key office locations - Leusden (Netherlands) and Stockholm (Sweden). There are also Own Retail stores scattered throughout North Europe. We host offices in all 3 key cities in North Europe - London, Dublin and Stockholm.

In North Europe we have created an environment that encourages individuals to express themselves and bring forward new ideas, even our casual dress code encourages this. Through our "Dive In" team we have set up specific programmes focussing on key topics such as female leadership, unconscious bias and school partnerhsips to name a few.

Whilst our North Europe HQ is based in Stockport, just outside Manchester, adidas North Europe is spread throughout 9 different countries – UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Alongside the Stockport HQ there are 4 other key office locations - Leusden (Netherlands), Stockholm (Sweden) and London. We also have our own retail stores scattered throughout North Europe. We are dedicated and focussed to mobilising our talent across North Europe and around the globe. In fact, on average somebody from North moves to another market every 8 weeks!
Pioneering the Future Workplace
In North Europe we place a great importance in providing our employees with an environment that inspires each and every day. Over the last 2 years we have built new office space in both London and Dublin with both our employees and external customers in mind, simply put we want both to be inspired. In Stockholm and Leusden the working environment is a key priority and we continue to look at new ways to further enhance this for our employees. But perhaps our biggest and most significant investment has been the creation of our new North Europe Consumer Centre, a fantastic and truly innovative environment for us to showcase the latest products for our customers and host all employee meetings.
Sport Needs a Place
At adidas North we recognise our role and responsibility within the local and wider community. As a leading sports brand we are commited to supporting local initiatives, schools charities and events and encourage our employees to volunteer. We also have a handle on ensuring we operate day to day with the environment firmly. We also often find that our employees passion to take part in charitables and voluntary events extends far beyond the workplace and we love hearing and sharing their stories.
Collaborating with Those Who Inspire Us
In North Europe we are fortunate enough to house some of the most iconic and recognisable sporting institutions and icons which offer us a fantastic opportunity to partner and collaborate with inspirational figures, non more so than arguably the biggest football club in the world, Manchester United (Man. Utd.) The partnership and collaboration with Man. Utd. has seen some of the most exciting campaigns in recent years, with many more to come. We also adopt an open mindset in working with external businesses to share best practice and will regularly host networking events. Internally our employees see collaboration as a key to creating an environment which breeds success and enjoyment. Cross functional sports teams, project teams and even choirs have all thrived in recent years, largely down to a mindset of inclusiveness and collaboration. In the last year we have also seen over 60 of our employees collaborate to formalise a new mentoring programme.
