Our modern office in Tecmaia Science and Technology Park - Maia, Porto - can be easily reached by bus, metro, shuttle or car. Plus, with the airport located just a five-minute drive away, we really do have the world on our doorstep.
We encourage our talents to pursue internal opportunities at other adidas locations – but we also open our doors to colleagues from across the adidas group. When hiring new courageous creators, we focus less on where you’re currently based. What matters most are the skills, drive and fresh perspectives you can bring to the table.

Sport needs a space
The energetic atmosphere at adidas Porto extends from the office floor to the pitch. Every Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, at 11 am we push each other to new heights during our weekly Sports Hour. Our fearless (female or male) football teams have been known to nab the odd trophy or two, while the adiRunners group will motivate you to run the extra mile, no matter the weather.
It’s not about winning or being the best – it’s about creating a work environment where people have fun, make new friends, and challenge each other. Just pick a sport you like to play and join a team of like-minded exercise enthusiasts.
