Sr. Manager Rewards Operations LAM

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Develop, implement and manage all aspects of Rewards for LAM (Latin America) focusing on Compensation & Benefits. Participate in the development of, implement and manage rewards tools, programs and processes on a market or country level in close cooperation with Global Rewards, Rewards Operations and Local Rewards Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR on compensation needs (annual rewards processes, fixed compensation, variable compensation, restructures, grading projects, classifications, governance, etc.)
  • Advise and council HR Business Partners during the implementation of global compensation programs (GSMS, Bonus, LTIP, STI, Salary) and annual processes; support the survey data gathering and provide detailed analysis and market specific adjustments of external market data to CoE Rewards.
  • Create and design regional/local programs in partnership with HR leadership following Global policies and in alignment with CoE Rewards.
  • Consolidate, analyze and evaluate market and internal data to identify market trends and developments in rewards-related areas.
  • Design, and implement regional/local benefits initiatives following global and local policies and legal requirements.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to modify and improve all rewards topics within working field, thinking ahead of the game and taking anticipated future changes into consideration.
  • Participate in selection and management of on-going relationships with external suppliers and consultants (e.g. tax consultants, relocation service providers, insurance providers, benefits providers, survey providers, etc.).
  • Responsible for the creation, management and implementation of a Rewards Calendar to ensure timely execution of all rewards processes across the region.
  • Manage communications design, planning and deployment for all elements in regional and collaborate with local rewards to ensure alignment with regional rewards communications framework.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience Compensation and Benefits
  • Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
