Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Implement trade marketing plans in specified channels to ensure excellent marketing activities in our stores while driving profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Provide input into the creation of the seasonal account plan, as well as the overall Market plan related to the implementation of the Global Brand Activation strategy.
  • Ensure the global toolboxes deliver against the Country's trade marketing needs.
  • Brief Global Omni-Channel Team on any additional Country trade marketing needs, obtain approval and create and execute the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the APAC/Country Brand Calendar is followed throughout the Country and that any account work complements this.
  • Execute Brand concepts with a special emphasis on key destination doors, in close collaboration with the Country Sales team.
  • Ensure all space management solutions are partnered with the best point-of-sale with regular updates.
  • Report on performance of all trade marketing initiatives to ensure its optimal marketing activities.
  • Provide input on global toolbox performance to Global Omni-Channel Marketing Team to pursue further improvement.
  • Drive and initiate an exciting consumer experiential event at the store level in cooperation with BA Brand Communications.
  • Provides stores with comprehensive campaign execution manual in alignment with Global brand activation strategy.
  • Implement and execute Global trade marketing strategy for all channels.
  • Share and Implement global ISC and VM strategies with channels in sell-in stage and manage executional excellence to maximize sell-out.
  • Develop in-store campaign and promotion that drive consumer traffic and buying for own retail.
  • Provides stores with comprehensive campaign execution manual in alignment with Global brand activation strategy.
  • Activate in-store campaigns and promotions, provide ISC tools that drive consumer traffic and buying.

  • Sell-through by Channel
  • Traffic and Conversion
  • Country channel sales vs plan
  • Market Retail direct channel contribution vs plan

  • Global Omni-Channel Marketing team
  • APAC Brand Activation
  • Country Sales Team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Progressive experience in brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in retail and in the sporting goods industry)
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Over 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
