Create the optimal product range architecture and store level assortment framework (store assortment architecture) of the designated category by working closely with the Category planning and Assortment Planning teams and channels to populate and deploy key Brand concepts in the marketplace.<

Track and analyze country Sell Through and Sell-In data to ensure fact-based decision making< Provide initial quantitative input on country range architecture through QRI to APAC RA< Build up country Seasonal, Quarterly, and Monthly Top-Down RA strategy through historical data analysis by category & channel & product type & price band<  Collect and reflect Bottom-up category planning & channel feedback for country range architecture.< Align RA with the designated category marketing calendar< Receive initial country range architecture from APAC RA and adjust on seasonal country range architecture by category, channel, product type, price band.< Generate regular sell-thru report through Local BI and share the report within CTC. Govern seasonal category range architecture Generate and analysis store level sales data to develop assortment plan framework (Option plan) for all store cluster by sub brand, channel, category, product type, price band. Work in close collaboration with VM to get updated seasonal store capacity data for assortment plan framework.< Generate and provide historical data analysis report to AP quarterly basis to support assortment plan. < Provide assortment plan framework (Option plan) to AP quarterly basis.< Validation of pricing strategy < Validate and provide country buy data and sell-thru data to APAC CTC for historical data for seasonal RA < <

  • Presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with key stakeholders
  • Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. merchandising, marketing operation, demand planning or sales experience; <
  • Result-oriented; Strong numerical / analytical skills; <
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products<
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Korean <  < <


  • Degree in Business, Marketing Management/Statistical analysis preferred.<
  • At least 3 years of range management experience with a recognized top tier brand< <
