Rewards (Payroll) Specialist - Temp Role

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support key aspects of Rewards related elements including Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and SAP Management additionally manage the monthly payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual processes and planning around bonus, salary review, long term incentive or any other rewards program for Israel
  • Manage the execution of monthly payroll including managing all variables associated with the payroll (advances, deductions, additions, bank details change) throughout the month
  • Act as main point of contact with payroll software provider
  • Support on any personnel cost/budget exercise or planning
  • Comply with local government reporting and filing regulations and requirements for all rewards matters (Pension Authority, WPS)
  • Act as on ground point of contact for local business requirements related to rewards projects, reporting and change requests
  • Provide local statutory reporting as required
  • Create, update and maintain any rewards related employee policies

  • Accurate and timely management of rewards processes (bonus, salary round)
  • Integrity of employee services
  • Assessment and proposal of Rewards Schemes
  • Fact Based decision making

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR and Internet
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A good team player with an international mindset
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills in particular Excel (advanced)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Payroll
  • 5+ years of overall work experience in Rewards/Compensation/Payroll within an HR function
