Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:<

Support the DTC channel(both Adidas, reebok own retail and Franchise stoes) targets and KPI's through Managing the learning, onboarding, professional development and service culture of the retail workforce by providing them with on-store, digital and classroom based training programs so that they can fulfil their potential within adidas, follow the sales academy curriculum as per SHINE, CEI and EMM programs and increase the SQM performance of the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying training and development needs within retail through PEP results, store performance analysis/ check lists and regular consultation with store manager, retail management and human resources<
  • Implement global learning, training and development programs across channels and brands  based on guidance from sales academy programs and Other retail initiatives through alignment with the organization's and the individual's needs<
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees<
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training tools and techniques especially, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.<
  • To align all internal resources and information for the development of product related trainings<
  • Developing the leadership and coaching skills for store managers to run smooth operations and work with a motivated team.<
  • Control, monitor and implement an effective and efficient onboarding plan and program for retail staff across roles and grades<
  • Recognize the right talents, create and implement instore trainers team the will support driving a consumer obsessed service culture in the DTC channel<
  • Support Wholesale sales services training according to availability and business needs<
  • Ad hoc projects based on line manager's guidelines< <

  • Excellent command of English <
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel is a must)<
  • Knowledge of standards and procedure training, soft skills and basic technical trainings<
  • Proven track record in implementation of D&T programs, concepts and tools< <

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • >3 years solid retail experience
    • >1 year Training and development experience
