Manager, Delivery Management Footwear
Hong Kong | Greater China | SourcingPurpose:
- Drive and coordinate availability management for finished products and components across all Footwear LOs/functions
- Drive selected brand/category-specific allocations (e.g. Reebok) from development stage taking into consideration supplier portfolio, capability, availability, complexity etc.; gatekeep Fashion allocation process and monitor complexity across suppliers
- Support conceptual evolution, implementation and ramp-up of Speed programs; and support coordination of all operations of Speed programs across the Footwear organization, incl. feasibility checks, material staging, capacity and availability management
- Support the Director Allocation & Capacity and team in the operational and strategic planning process; and in identifying/implementing initiatives that enhance the capabilities, efficiency, effectiveness and collaboration within Footwear Sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor monthly performance of Footwear Sourcing operations along relevant dimensions (e.g. order fulfilment KPIs, capacity utilization, process compliance and efficiency, etc.)
- Execute selected brand/category-specific (e.g. Reebok) allocation strategy through multiple stages of development allocation; drive complexity reduction on Fashion with BU through early projection, disciplined planning and smart allocation
- Drive component business and feasibility checks and develop alternative sourcing options to optimize trade benefits
- Proactively identify potential issues for fulfilment and capacity utilization and work closely with the LOs and/or functional teams to develop mitigation measures
- Support coordination of the current Footwear Speed programs Never out of Stock / Planned Responsiveness / In-Season Creation: monitor execution of all on/off-system processes to ensure high degree of order fulfilment, and to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure data integrity of the planning process including buy-plans and execute / support system updates to reflect e.g. transfers or dual-sourcing decisions, changes in speed propositions, etc.
- Support the department in ad-hoc data analyses
- Support selected projects as defined by Director Allocation & Capacity

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of trade topics (import duties, FTA, trade barriers) affecting imports from the Footwear source countries into major markets
- Good knowledge of Footwear industry and manufacturing methods a plus
- Good knowledge of standard software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy)
- Project management skills a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate university degree
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Sourcing role or operations
- Fluency in English, knowledge of another language (ideally Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or German) an advantage.
