Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To build a world class digital commerce range architecture and merchandising practice globally for BUG Originals.

To build and facilitate the implementation of the Global Ranging Strategy, contributing to a common brand footprint across all digital commerce touchpoints and increasing the company’s profitability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the seasonal global range architecture / merch strategy for all digital commerce touchpoints and ensure implementation for BUG Originals
  • Support product exclusive strategy for all own retail touch points with a ‘digital first’ mindset
  • Support allocation guidance for key seasonal concepts by communicating and following up with key stakeholders
  • Collect all relevant market data to ensure the global strategy is execute across all own retail touchpoints across all markets
  • Align closely with market dtc merchandising teams on stock consolidation and re-stock initiatives across all dtc channels
  • Support ‘key’ looks strategy for our digital touchpoints to leverage commercial opportunities
  • Support the seasonal merchandising strategy along the key Brand Milestones
  • Support Snr. Manager to ensure all deliverables are ready on time and in full for each of the CTC Process Milestones. (eg. CTC Handover, GBC, GMM…)
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, organized and process orientated
  • Attention to detail as error in analysis will have crucial impact to business
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
  • High influencing skills and ability to make fact-based decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language is an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
  • Merchandising Experience: min 3 years
