Create the optimal country category level range plan by channel for the designated category by working closely with the APAC BU, CTC RA team and CTC Assortment planning team to populate and deploy key Brand concepts in the marketplace. <



Validate local the designated category range within the country RA based on the Asia-Pacific proposal.< Work with APAC BU to understand the designated category seasonal strategy/priority/insight< Keen understanding of the Country market landscape and specific category consumer.< Handover the designated range plan to CtC Assortment Planning Team.< Perform Category analysis including sell-thru, forecasting, pricing corridor & segmentation compliance, etc.< Work within E2E calendar timelines & < Set country prices in local currencies, ensuring pricing harmonization< Set volume forecast and define product mix to achieve margin & Net Sales targets and forecast accuracy< Validate retail sales forecast from RMA2 to ILS2 for key concepts to align between sales and category planning teams< Provide Country MOPS with sample set needs feedback and sample ordering feedback (pre-sell / SMS) of the designated category to APAC< Ensure global and country systems are up-to-date with country information, i.e. RMA / DMT< Local article management + SMUs briefs to APAC as needed/approved< Hard launch date management: system input & update(E2E) on RMA/Product guidance creation & delivery to the channels< < < Define customer segmentation ; Ensure deviations approval on segmentation< Gathering collation of market landscape and competition intelligence (category level) - feedback to APAC CtC and local CtC.< Article selection for assortment planning into store format framework according to APAC BU range segmentation (width only) Mandatory Range guidance and review per segmentation guidelines Deliver category assortment planning presentations at Country Handover meeting  Work with Brand Communications / Activation teams on seasonal category brand calendar Deliver update on 2020 category strategic plan, Support IBP/ SBP process, review performance and ensure consistent evolution of quality of output.< Manage country samples (i.e. packing, unpacking, checking and display at showroom) in cooperation with Country MOPS, CtC RA and AP teams< <

Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. merchandising, retail merchandizing or sales experience; < Result-oriented; Strong numerical / analytical skills; < Effective presentations to large audiences< Advanced user of MS Office suite of products< Fluent communication skills in both English and Korean < <



Degree in Business/Marketing Management preferred.< At least 5 years of marketing and product management experience with a recognized top tier brand < <
