This passion makes us devote ourselves to create products that help athletes to achieve the best results. And this passion also makes us want our employees to reach their full potential, without losing quality of life.
We have a Quality Life Program called 'All In Life' that includes actions to encourage healthy living and employee engagement, creating conditions for them to reach maximum performance with passion, integrity and a balance between their professional and personal lives. Twice a week our employees work out in their work places with qualified professionals to improve health and prevent occupational disease. Everyday fruit is served during the morning and afternoon to ensure a healthy diet. Once a week we have a running group and everyone can join the fun. For those who love football it is possible to practice once a week on a football court paid by the company and we have also have a partnership with a few local gyms.

World champion Daniel Dias opened the Road 2016 and Diversity Program and Inclusion in an event at adidas. Daniel holds the record for number of medals in the Paralympic Games. 10 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze - he won at Beijing Paralympic (2008) and London (2012); 14 titles, 6 world records and 8 gold medals at the Parapan-American Games.
Daniel inspired everyone to live in a positive way, to seek happiness and to understand that all of us are different.
