Where we work

This is where the dream of our founder Adi Dassler lives on through the passion and pride of over 5800 employees. You see it and feel it every day at our headquarters here in our original home town, Herzogenaurach.

World of Sports

Located on a 346 acre site, the main adidas headquarters, the World of Sports (WOS) is often compared to a university campus. Besides offices, this is home to playing fields, the adidas Brand Centre, an award-winning cafeteria “Halftime” facing an artificial lake and an entirely new state-of-the art “Arena” building.

Employees have the unique opportunity to come face to face with their idols. Lionel Messi, David Beckham, Pharrell Williams and the New Zealand All-Blacks rugby team have all been guests at WOS.

Family Friendly

Germany offers an extensive amount of instructional or just plain fun opportunities for kids. Sports, amusement parks, plus kilometers of hiking and biking trails mean there’s no reason to ever be bored!

Germany has one of the lowest crime rates in Europe and is overall an especially safe country for children.

It’s no wonder that Germany is home of one of the largest sporting brands in the world. People here don’t just watch sport, they live it. The mentality here is to “be active” and it’s infectious.

With 70,000 kilometers of cycling routes, a Crossfit Box, running paths along the river Pegnitz, infinite forest trails and rock climbing in Fränkische Schweiz (Little Switzerland), it’s easy to stay fit right from your front door.
