Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead the team to execute long-term, mid-term quality managiment strategy
Operate and maintain quality control system.
-Execute mid-and-long term strategic quality plan and maintain.
-Communicate and manage third party (inspection agency)
-Execute and Lead whole QA operations
-Control feedback operations of consumer / customer complaints
-Guidance of factory's quality control and support production management
-Support to release quality control report, complaints report (creation, analyze, report, improvement guidance)
-Lead to Execute and Maintain Material, product, and QC operational standard.
-Maintain A01 global standard to local vendors.
-Knowledge transfer to QC team menbers.
-Report complaints report to HQ, LO, Factories
-Execute QA operations (quality check & feedback of new items, material test, guide factories, formulate quality standards).
