Sr. Key Account Manager Reebok - Foot Locker Europe & Runners Point Group

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This key role for the Reebok brand will be to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth across Foot Locker Europe, (600+ stores) AND Runners Point Group (RPG), who operate Runners Point & Sidestep banners, (200+ stores) while respecting the image of the adidas.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional

  • To drive the development of the Reebok footwear & apparel business across Europe,  formalized through the Strategic Business Category Plan to 2022 with sign-off by the direct superior
  • To understanding the Foot Locker Europe & Runners Point Group business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time an accurate 
  • To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Reebok Category Plan in conjunction with support of the CtC function
  • To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
  • To work within the agreed adidas Group trade terms with Foot Locker Europe & Runners Point Group
  • To represent the brand externally / the account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and at key interfaces and milestone meetings

Controlling

  • Measure progress on own KPIs and targets set by the Sales Director Footwear
  • Report to all superiors along MIS guidelines (SKAM standard reports)
  • Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions  
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance, provide solutions for problem solving and escalate any issues requiring further support
  • Ensure Customer compliance with adidas Group contracts and terms

KPI’s:

  • Market share growth within all categories across Foot Locker Europe and Runners Point Group banners
  • Budget / Sales target compliance
  • Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management
  • Account contractual agreements are followed at all times

Key Relationships:

  • Foot Locker buying and planning departments
  • Runners Point Group buying and planning departments
  • adidas Group WEU EKA sales, WEU CtC, WEU Bus, WEU Finance, Customer Service, Global Supply
  • Chain and distribution teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar or senior level
  • Results orientated attitude  
  • Play to win mind set

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Fully Competent with IT packages (excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced level)
  • Strong presentation skills
