Senior Specialist Planning Store Development

Prague | Czech Republic | Retail (Back Office)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Market Retail Portfolio by managing depreciation line & ongoing investments as part of the WE Store Development team.

Support and assists the Cross Market Store development manager & Franchise Store Implementation manager to implement Concept to Consumer (CTC) tools, using the agreed Europe processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Place and follow up on all orders with external vendors (architects, general contractors, etc) and track in cost control tool
  • Place and follow up on all orders in Shop Real Smart System\Retail Sourcing Platform and track in cost control
  • Create new vendors in SAP system, create CAR’s and track cost against
  • Downloads cost reports from SAP System to check accuracy and collaborate with Controlling department on reports
  • Resolve invoices issues and ensure payments are done in time
  • Proactive communicate with all Vendors
  • Monitor store database (Own Retail & Franchise)
  • Search for new material vendors
  • Maintenance of EE SharePoint
  • Create store Implementation reports
  • Warehouse management
  • Placed Orders analysis
  • Current Stock review and plan for depletion
  • Logistic services
  • F&F Maintenance
  • Collect all furniture issues if any appear at Franchise doors
  • Create Deficiency reports and provide to Global CS
  • Secure F&F replacement
  • Other duties as requested by your manager.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Microsoft Office (advanced)
  • Fluency in English and local language of the Market
  • Communication skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated
  • Teamwork

  • Accuracy
  • Strong priority setting and ability to work under pressure
  • Expertise in using multiple SAP systems (SRM, SAP, RSP, Workflow)

  Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Commercial Training
  • 3+ years’ professional experience in the relevant area (Retail Maintenance)
  • Exposure to Store development, Merch, Supply chain and HR beneficial
