Senior Specialist, GTM Coordination

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

To ensure smooth interaction of all go-to-market functions and availability of key sales tools along the process

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

  • To align annual and seasonal go-to-market calendar with all involved functions within local framework
  • To support sell-in & sell-out activities to ensure smooth transactions are performed
  • To ensure all involved functions are delivering their respective contributions to the key sales tools AFBs, StAPs and AMPs according to aligned timelines
  • Maintenance & Coordination of Customer Segmentation
  • To document and make available: standard template presentations, actual applications, work in progress of AFBs, StAPs and AMPs
  • To ensure timely sample delivery from adidas ware-house and coordinate presentation in show rooms
  • To coordinate to conduct the  CSS, feed back results to the accounts and derive action plans
  • To accurately build IBP according to category channel plan together with stakeholder on a monthly basis 

Controlling:

  • To measure progress on own KPIs

KPIs:

  • Meet milestones defined by go-to-market calendar and provide defined deliverables OTIF

Educational background:

  • University degree in business with Sales / Marketing focus
  • Understanding of Finance, Logistics

Professional background:

  • Functional: > 4 years Sales and/or Marketing
  • Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Leadership: (none)
  • Exposure: sports
