Senior Specialist, eCommerce Sales, DTC

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Lead sales in assigned channels with the support of Senior Manager of eCommerce to deliver strong performance and growth in official online store (eCommerce, eTail) and eMarketplaces

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Consumer Direct Merchandiser to position key stories and product, in line with on-line business and adidas group Korea strategic vision
  • Deliver and manage proper actions to increase KPIs for assigned sales channels based on regular KPI analysis
  • Lead channel marketing management process from product perspective and activations in close cooperation with Consumer Direct Merchandiser and Brand team to ensure a consistent and aligned brand presentation in the assigned on-line sales channel
  • Manage sales events for assigned channel by supporting preparation to ensure smooth operation of the events
  • Provide ideas and opinions on sales growth for the specific channel to support the annual strategic planning
  • Drive assigned sales channels requirement and retail initiatives in collaboration closely with Consumer Direct Merchandiser, Brand team and group function partners
  • Review and analysis trading results including consumer behaviour and seasonal analysis in product-wise for assigned sales channel to continuously improve channel strategy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong PC and MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, organised and process orientated
  • Attention to detail as error in analysis will have crucial impact to business
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
  • Ability to catch the trend in field and apply on right time
  • Able to work as team as well as to contribute independently

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree and/or commercial training in area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred.
  • eCommerce site merchandising/trading experience: 3 years
