Facilitate end-to-end product delivery in respective scrum team by using agile methods. Transform the project from waterfall to a full agile method with Scrum development environment. Share best practices across the adidas Group to help other teams in their agile transformation journeys. Facilitate scrum team sessions, moderate the discussions and apply agile methods that enable teams to work efficiently. Support the refinement of user stories in order to plan sprints. Perform sprint planning and execution. Oversee all relevant team milestones, including product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, and burndown charts. Monitor the product variables against the product idea and implement corrective or preventative actions to complete sprints and ensure that development goals are reached. Remove impediments and barriers preventing team progress. Provide product owner with progress updates on sprints and product backlog. Ensure agile quality standards and best practices are in place to maximize the team's performance. Perform Story Points evaluation and Effort Estimations. Evaluate Burndown for each sprint and manage resources and allocation accordingly. Analyze end to end (E2E) process from Warehouse to Retail Store across SAP Retail and xStore Point of Sales.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field of study, and five (5) years of experience in a related position. Work experience or academic coursework must have included: experience working with Agile process management and Scrum methodology; retail domain experience; experience using JIRA to conduct sprint formalities; experience using Xray to automate testing through JIRA; experience using Bitbucket to perform code check in, build development and code repository; experience using Jenkins for build deployment.
