Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Implementation

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

  • This role creates the framework to establish the effective and impactful delivery of Global Sales Academy (Retail) programs and initiatives across the US Retail Field organization, driving and supporting the successful implementation of learning solutions/enablers to maximize their value and impact.
  • This role supports the ongoing capability development of our US field trainer community, to achieve consistent and advanced training delivery across all regions, districts and stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a framework and foundation to enable global adoption and deployment of Global Sales Academy learning programs across Retail
  • Develop program deployment and delivery standards and guidelines to ensure consistent delivery of programs for the desired result and impact
  • Contribute to a collaborative network of global trainers and support the implementation of Sales Academy trainer capability framework and program in the US
  • Lead the adoption and adaptation of Sales Academy programs to ensure local relevancy whilst maintaining the desired impact/ROI
  • Manage program pipeline to ensure timely and balanced implementation of learning programs in Retail
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of program implementation and quality of program delivery and take corrective action, where needed
  • Lead the US planning and program management of Train-the-Trainer events
  • Visit stores to role model and assess learning culture and behaviors, developing solutions to amplify retail learning to drive Brand and commercial outcomes
  • Provide clear direction and inspiring vision though relevant ambitions, objectives, commitments and KPIs in #MYBEST
  • Display the leadership framework through coaching and developing talent, evaluating and providing feedback to promote high engagement and a high-performance culture
  • Coach, motivate and inspire Retail Trainers to accomplish goals and maximize their individual performance, both face-to-face and remotely

  • Ability to operate effectively in multiple computer programs including, but not limited to intermediate levels of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, video, phone, in-person, and email
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Learning design and delivery skills (virtual and face-to-face)
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time and in some cases with limited notice

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years retail training and/or retail operations field experience, preferably in the apparel industry
  2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in training delivery and program facilitation (virtual and face-to-face)
  3. Experience in global/international implementation of learning programs an advantage
  4. Four Year College or University degree focused on Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration of related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
