Mission Drive the Brand Center‘s profitability by meet or exceeding sales & profit targets; Coaching Floor Managers to drive commercial success and excel in customer service; Ensuring proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning • Plan Stores objectives with Director Brand Center • Plan action plans to reach targeted KPI’s
Management • Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success • Manage delivery of own retail KPI’s (qualitative and quantitative) in his/her responsible area • Ensure proper in-store Brand execution, according to established standards and directives. Coordinate own stores actions plans and interactions • Pro-actively analyse sell-through figures and develop action plans with Director Brand Center to achieve productivity and image targets • Manage stocks delivery, replenishment & inventory control together with Director Brand Center • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives
Financial • Manage and deliver Brand Center financial KPI’s
System and Processes • Manage own retail KPI’s and tracking/reporting systems. • Ensure operational system efficiency and training.
HR Management • Create a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance • Ensure compliance to established HR policies and procedures • Recommend structural or human changes in store in order to achieve sales and brand targets • Coordinate with Director Brand Center on staff recruitment, retention and development. • Coordinate with HR on relevant HR projects like internal referral, performance review, succession planning, etc.
Training and Development • Identify and recommend training and development needs • Coach Floor Managers / Team Leader to increase stores’ sales, productivity and profitability • Own succession planning for his/her responsible area • Ensure quality & efficiency of training

Experience / Skills Required Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high-end retailers; Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience

Educational Background • University Degree or strong retail store management experience
