Being part of a team of Software Engineers you will drive the agile transformation and technical delivery of the Salesforce Consumer Service Product (Digital IT department). In your day by day work with the deliver team you will be the expert in Development, QA/Testing and Operational competence and drive highest standards in an ever-evolving technical system environment at edge of technology in cloud, mobile, big-data, social and digital.
Software Engineer in the Salesforce technology space.
You will be part of the Consumer Service application stack as well as the underlying infrastructure and have direct responsibility for:
Development / code quality.
QA / Testing excellence, specifically automatic testing.
Continuous integration, automatic testing and automatic deployment to ensure frequent and reliable releases with minimum downtime.
Highest application scalability, performance and stability.
You will establish and overlook guardrails for DevOps capabilities and processes for your area.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working experience in a highly agile, energized and technical work environment, with an understanding of development methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.)
Monitoring and troubleshooting skills for operational excellence and highest performance scalability and consistency of Salesforce and other related CRM systems.
Have a startup mentality and be passionate about creating and running the software you build.
Education and Experience Required:
University degree in Computer Science or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience within Salesforce Development and 2 years in Lightning experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Salesforce certified developer and/or administrator is desirable.
