Supporting Sales Operations team via providing business analysis for wholesales business in East Europeaccording to needs and requests to enable transparency on target achievementsand also for specific Sales Operations activities and strategies (Customer Profitability, Margin Simulations for sell-in etc.).
- Provide reports of wholesales business according to needs of Sales
- Develop tools to gather transparency in wholesales business and provide service and support towards countries of East Europebased on those tools (Customer Segmentation, Go-in Margin Monitor, Key Account Dashboard, future orders tracking etc.)
- Analyze business data in existing systems and reports and provide comprehensive inputs to Sales Operations Manager for decision making.
- Ad hoc analysis for East Europedepartments or functions according to requests (Sales team efficiency, Category development, Market share growth etc.).
- In case of need to provide training to relevant users/teams in using reports and tools.
