Project Manager (digital creative)

  1. General Purpose

As a member of Global Digital Creative team, you will play an important role in evolving the .com experience for Reebok consumers. This position will work on supporting the ongoing growth & development of the Global Digital Creative team. The aim is to transform into a premium shopping experience over the course of the coming years.

Your objective is to conduct the projects within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on consumers’ expectations and requirements. Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be focusing on resource management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to local stakeholders. You will also support the Global Digital Creative team roadmap of key strategic projects. These are high-level projects that will shape the digital future of Reebok.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake & initiation of new projects from:
    • Validating briefing quality & scope
    • Resource allocation
    • Project timeline creation
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Budget management
  • Playing a key part in continually improving the ways of working with the team and wider .com team, ultimately leading to an increase in release capacity and quality of the consumer experience.
  • Establish workflows and communication protocol with the cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
  • Develop the freelance pool & traffic management processes to provide specialist knowledge or fill resource gaps when needed
  • Provide producer consultation for key strategic projects and the wider team
  • As conflicts arise within projects, identify solutions and contribute to their resolution in a timely and appropriate manner and escalate to project sponsors if necessary.
  • Manage change within projects and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.

  1. Requirements

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely.
  • Advanced experience in project management – including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Working knowledge of industry standard producer tools such as:
    • MS office software
    • Invision
    • Project planning tools such as Teamgannt / Trello / JIRA / Confluence
    • analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics
  • Demonstrated understanding & experience of running projects from briefing to delivery
  • Experience partnering with and leading internal resources
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Avid focus on best practices across the industry, ensuring we stay relevant and ahead of expectations.
  • Requisite Education & Experience
  • English (spoken and written) 
  • University Degree, with a focus on eCommerce, digital, business or web design/optimization.
  • 3+ years Digital Producer experience, preferably within a tech , ad agency or ecommerce business
  • Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (copywriters, graphic designers, developers, business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc)
