Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Execute and Manage the Partnership and Event Graphics range of concepts & products, aligned with respective global Business Unit (BU) business strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement consumer winning product concepts aligned with global and regional seasonal strategic direction with guidance and alignment of Senior Product Manager
  • Manage range size, model/article count efficiencies, GIM margin and net sales for the respective offer within agreed targets
  • Execute target FOB & RPR setting and creation of product briefs
  • Show full understanding and drive the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames
  • Manage and ensure system accuracy and calendar milestone readiness
  • Orchestrate concept and product naming process
  • Support process and work dynamic for continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationship with cross-functional teams and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process
  • Co-ordinate sign off on developed artwork with the Reebok Legal Team.
  • Pro-actively analyze business, draw conclusions and act upon; drive profitability and efficiency
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of graphic artwork, print production with external third-party partners and PO process with vendors for all category partnerships: CrossFit, Ragnar, Les Mills as well as QQR and US DTC event needs.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of ranges and business-related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
  • Build strong partnerships with the Barcelona Accessories Product Marketing Teams to ensure cross category collaboration

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree, preferably in marketing/business /textile/fashion
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Product Marketing experience with APP background
  • Experience in trade, sales or merchandizing is helpful
  • Fluent in English
  • PC skills (MS Office programs)
