Manager Order Fullfilment and Inventory Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Accelerating eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2020 strategy for China for both adidas & Reebok. Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different touch points, as well performing the important role of selling directly to the consumer. 

The ideal candidate will have knowledge to lead and manage to achieve operational excellence for adidas eCommerce channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site and platform performance KPIs and incidents resolution
  • Responsible for TP vendor KPI management, review and payment
  • Accountable for sales reconciliation and investigation
  • Manage, validate, and analyse e-payment performance and improve risk management process
  • Manage operation contract negotiation with TP and platform
  • EC-CS refund case review
  • Drive key operation process optimization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Operation, Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)
  • eCommerce relevant experience over 5+ years
  • Strong experience with order management system and risk & payment management tools (esp. Adyen / Cybersource)
  • Experience with vendor management is a plus
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Project management experience is preferrable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
