Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Aims to Provide best in class learning experience for sports industry retail employees and retail management team. Support retail academy make positive impact on business through blended learning experience, especially on content wise and platform development and maintenance in digital solution.
- System course assignment
- Consolidate System information (FRS/RBK/Own Retail)
- Report-Consolidate digital learning to report and keep relatives updates.
- Functional Mail box support(End users)
- Work with Region/FoC/Customers to fulfill needs on system
- Fix bug/help end users to resolve issues
- Content design and development in digital solution
- Retail academy delivery team
- Retail academy content design team
- Key stakeholders in China market (ORT, FRS, RBK)
- GSA (Global Sales Academy)
- Other partners may involve through projects/programs
- Digital solution vendors
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Capability to make digital content design and development
- Familiar with various digital platform (E-learning, For reference) and able to maintain the system functional system
- Knowing retail business operational basics, able to figure out key stakeholders’ expectation with clear target on digital solution
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Good in reading and writing in English, nice to have strong English oral speaking ability.
- Work in multiple-tasks through different programs, good organization skill.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:
- At least 10 years’ experience training development and delivery, passion to sports is a plus
- Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred
