Manager, Business Project (Training)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Lead sales business priorities providing the best support to sales team in achieving commercial business goals

  • Manage creation of local strategy for adidas Korea Wholesale
  • Support execution of training related strategic plans for adidas Korea Wholesale
  • Coordinate staff training for WHS/ Mono store managers and staffs
  • Lead and drive progress cross-functional sales projects

Key Responsibilities:   

Strategy Management

  • Support implementation of sales best practice
  • Conduct sales new comer training
  • Support establish a standard project management approach and effectively communicate implementation of strategic wholesale project to management
  • Liaise with the Wholesale intelligence team to measure and track completion rate of business vs. target and its impact
  • Support and assist implementation global & local strategic initiatives from the initial planning to its flawless execution
  • Support sales leaders on development and management of wholesale channel strategy and projects
  • Support all bench-marking across Wholesale in order to execute CS surveys

Project Management

  • Coordinate local /global resources for flawless project execution
  • Develop project charters to effectively track its progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify key areas to drive business efficiencies, potential business uplifts, and create plans to address opportunities and risks
  • Coordinate Go-to-Market process & critical path to align annual and seasonal marketing calendar with adidas WHS Multi-brand channel & Reebok Wholesale.
  • Support management & RFC Sales Working Budget

Training Management

  • Develop yearly training plan for customers and sales team
  • Co-develop tactical strategies with global and local to leverage our training platform for best results
  • Establish flawless communication with related division to build training plan
  • Design and execute training plans that drives business and addresses opportunities and risks
  • Review training results to make sure the plans are aligned and executed flawlessly

Other responsibilities

  • Manage the internal communication facilitators whose primary role is to own the communication of all the key information to all Wholesale members to drive the flawless planning and execution
  • Support reporting needs of Sales Coordination Director

Key Relationships:

  • Global/APAC: Counterpart on each project
  • Market commercial: SLT, Wholesales Market back office: Business Planning staff in kA / Field team, Customer service,
  • Others : CtC, ICPP, Legal, Finance, Logistics, IT, Key City, PMO, etc

  • Strong sense of responsibility to ensure target achievement

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • University degree or equivalent

Professional background / Experience

  • At least 5 years of working experience in sporting goods / clothing industry

    IT skills

  • Good at Microsoft office (Excel, Presentation)  
  • Strong PC skills

    Language skills

  • Fluent Korean / English
