Purpose / Mission:

  • Contribute to BLR Roadmap and portfolio planning
  • Execute detailed BLR Process / Milestones with x- functional team
  • Based on overall BLR Timeline ensure x- functional teams delivery
  • Facilitate between functions in Key Handover Stages
  • facilitate best practice sharing and document for future learnings
  • Identify Area for Process improvements, efficiency increase and potential compliance risks



Planning< < prepare data analysis as input to BLR Roadmap Planning< develop detailed x- functional plans for quarterly BLR milestone execution   < Plan alignment, update and x- functional communication meetings< < Management< < Content / data preparation for quarterly x- functional meeting and SMT updates< Track execution of aligned tasks and miles stones with execution team< Prepare Milestone updates and highlight issues, enhancement needs and potential risks< Consolidate regular reports from functional teams and prepare summaries Key Findings< < Financial< < Prepare Monthly BLR performance reports and summarize Key Findings< Prepare reports on BLR Project related Budgets and Resources< Prepare quarterly Trade Investment evaluation and internal Sign off process with SMT< < Processes and Systems < < Understand BLR business / strategic goals, customer structure, BLR related policies &processes< BLR System Master User, operation and enhancement needs identification< Lead System enhancements with x- functional team and provide or facilitate system training< < People Management< < Drive the completion of milestones and processes/ best practice< Manage relationship with x- cross functional teams internal< Share best practices between teams< <
