Planning & forecasting sales, identifying areas of opportunity and potential risks to the business;Budgeting and planning open to buy by categories;Driving creation of assortment strategy for the brands;Creating fact-based assortment guidelines for selected categories;Analysis of ranged assortment in regard to its structure, evolution, efficiency, gaps, overlaps and compliance to key KPIs;Establishing new assortment KPIs and ways to optimize them;Coordinating range planning process across different business functions;Coordinating automation of range planning process;General data analysis.
University degree in Marketing, Economics, Category Management or equivalent professional experience;Min. 3 years of related experience (buying; range planning; allocation planning; category manager, market research, controlling; etc.);Experience in retail-driven multinational company would be a plus;Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical mindset; strong verbal and written communication skills;Upper-Intermediate English
