Purpose: Acting in a strictly regulated work environment the position holder takes care about the compliance with local and global adidas internal work rules and policies and the local labour law. The position holder provides solutions to a changing work environment from a labour relation management perspective, initiates and manages respective projects jointly with stakeholders within the company.
Key Responsibilities: < HR projects > Including the following tasks but not limited to; Reviewing and optimizing existing HR programs, work rules and policies and initiate respective changes in order to reflect a changing work environment. Creates and implements new policies and work rules in alignment with the Sen, HR leadership team, initiates and manages respective projects including new processes and procedures. Work on labor issues together with senior manager and respective HRM, and find appropriate solution being compliant with internal work rules and external labor legislation To run project management for timeline and Work Breakdown Structure, mile stone, budget, scope, resources, issues, risk, vendors etc., for HR projects in rewards
< Labour management > Including the following tasks but not limited to; Provides input and advice about legislation and policies, to HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees. Handles labor related process such as selection of Employee Representatives, 36 labor agreement etc. Plans and conducts education / training session related to local labour law and internal policies and work rules to managers / employees Key relationship HR Business Partners External Vendors Global and regional HR Team Finance, GA and Procurement Department Line Managers Governmental authorities such as Labor Standard Office External consultants Requirements: Ability to work in an international work environment Working independently , ability to prioritize and manage diverse job tasks High personal impact Collaborative and creative mindset Result / solution oriented Requisite Education / Work experience / Key skills: < Education> University degree in BA or equivalent Degree / education in labour relation as a plus Several years of HR experience in an international work environment (e.g. HR Business Partner) 3 years-experience in labour relation management. Experience in the fields of Payroll, C&B as a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required especially for governmental authorities Fluent in English and native Japanese speaker International mindset Team player Excellent MS Office skills Project Management skills Analytical thinking
