Envision the CtC Merchandising strategy for the Market across all channels, including holistic GTM strategy. Lead and orchestrate the Merchadising process from MSI (Market Seasonal Input) to range architecture to option plans and channel ranges, driving execution and securing a holistic approach aligned with global guidelines. Ensure the achievement of market KPIs and global guidelines.
∙Lead teams responsible for CTC Merchandising functions in the Market level including Range Architecture, Price Architecture, and Assortment Planning.
∙ Act as the primary market liaison for all relevant Merchandising topics within the end-to-end process
∙Create the Market Range Architecture strategy and ensure its alignment with the Global brand Framework
∙Lead and secure that the Price Architecture strategy is applied throughout the Market consistantly, ensuring competitiveness in the markets and delivering maximum value of market ranges.
∙Lead Assortment Planning strategy market-wide, ensuring all assortments are built according to Global tiering by store format / cluster and inline with Global Customer Segmentation
∙Considering all store clusters relevant for the market (i.e. flagship only for key cities), lead the market format strategy to attain financial targets, and align with global DTC guidelines
∙Foster alignment with Market BU teams and Market Channel teams at both Market and Cluster levels to achieve a consumer-facing range consistent with the Market Range Architecture, inline with Market Price Architecture, and as directed by the Assortment Planning function

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of range architecture and assortment planning processes for a multi-channel (DTC, WHS, and e-com) global brand. In addition, excellent understanding of industry leading best business practices and system solutions to support a world-class market merchandising process
- Extensive knowledge of merchandising best business practices, through leadership roles within a global multi-channel organisation.
Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining with broad knowledge of other areas of the business in global organizations, with proven business acumen.
Experience in Leading and Developing Teams - ensure organizational efficiency through effective motivation, training and development of the internal teams using prior experience(s) in people management and foster strong relationships and team spirit.
Good understanding of brand building and consumer perspective
