If you want to drive the business of Kids category in all channels (Retail, e-com, wholesale, FO) through the selection of the range, control and react on sales performance of the category, Adidas CIS is looking for You:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build the competitive category assortment for CIS countries, all channels (retail, WHS, e-com) from global range
  • Cross-alignment with other categories ranging (for CS/ecom/FO)
  • Pricing; competitors analysis; creation the price proposal for sale period
  • Regular communication with global colleagues in order to discuss the current situation on the market and trends
  • Create the sales projection for the category, build the plan of sales target implementation, react on the in-season sales situation
  • Maintain database with all necessary product info
  • Retail product support: product catalogues creation, prepare seasonal learning materials in ppt and video format for retail employees; training sessions for retail, wholesalers, call center
  • Samples order
  • Retail display excellence – highest standards of presentation (work with VM and RM teams)
  • Market trends overview and different researches (focus groups, feedbacks etc), analysis of competitors
  • Bi-weekly store check to monitor market & competitors
  • Control of article presentation on e-com
  • Follow up on call-center requests & customer questions


  • Higher Education
  • A year experience in the similar position or in analytical position
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Advanced user of Excel, Power Point
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fashion trends awareness
  • Good knowledge of English is a must
