Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:<

Strong business sense to build sales plan and participate in the POS productivity improvement objective by capturing and consolidating database information. Provide insights to drive retail productivity improvements.<


Key Responsibilities:<

KPI Evaluation, Incentive & Planning< <

Co-work for operation team’s commission scheme set-up Individual person’s commission KPI target setting & evaluation Build incentive plan to drive additional sales Sales forecasting & budgeting by working with operation & finance team Provide feedback and analysis to retail operation on POS productivity per format with proposed action plans


  • Set the retail target and recommend action plan for POS productivity / efficiency improvements<
  • Support reasonable store sales & operational KPI target setting to meet our ambitions<
  • Propose process adjustments/improvements to improve data tracking< <


    System and Processes< <

  • Participate in the development of the database and BI tools<
  • Drive the establishment and ongoing management of retail POS system< <
