- Manage New Customer and new Account
- To acquire new customers to cover all distribution segments and Sales of the country
- To establish strong relationship with customer’s decision makers and make the company their preferred partners
- To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices within the Key Account Sales business segment.
- Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans.
- To ensure a win-win when negotiating trade term for both adidas and customers.
- To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers. Effectively respond to customer’s needs & requests while minimizing the customer complaints.
- To pursue additional business opportunities by supporting his/ her team and apply a strategic mid-long term approach within the customers.
- To internally represent the assigned customer towards all functions and vice versa. Manage all interfaces
- By frequently address the main account requirements across functions
- By proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and customers
- To develop the Key Account strategies
- To ensure quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives
- To present strategic initiatives for local management team
- To establish regular customer visit schedule
- To sell-in and agree on sell-through support
- Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
- To continue monitoring the sell-through and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account
- By proactively facilitate meeting/business reviews with customer
- To conduct and share sell through information from customer
- Assist the credit function in credit related issues of assigned customers
- University degree in Business with sales/ commercial focus
- Preferably 2-3 years in Sales or Key Account Management
- English: Fluent
