Key Responsibilities

Functional;

• To represent the assigned account(-s) internally as an ‘ambassador’ toward all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces

• To ensure understanding of the assigned accounts and categories and documentation by Account Fact Book

• To ensure development of the account strategies, formalization by Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superior

• To Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Account Marketing Plans

• To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the account

• To support enforcement of adidas Group Trade Terms Policy

• To support account(-s) to comply the latest adidas Group e Policy and to continuously improve online shopping environment for end consumers

• Responsible for executing the end to end billing cycle from PI creation as per partner format, PO processing and ensuring timely deliveries by following the partner processes

• To monitor all reports

• To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions

• To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances

• To ensure customer compliance with agreements

• Market share within assigned Key Accounts e Com customer(-s)

• Budget compliance  

• DSO of assigned Key Accounts e Com customer(-s)

• Implementation of e Policy

Authorities:

• TBC

Professional background:

• Functional: > 2 years Sales, partly as KAM or in Online retail

• Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG

• Leadership: NA

• Exposure: Sports, Marketing, account marketing

Educational Background:

• University degree in business with marketing and sales focus

IT and Language skills

• Outlook: basic

• Word: advanced

• Excel: advanced

• PowerPoint: advanced

• English: advanced

• Local language: Fluent
