To ensure proper execution of established policies, procedure, initiatives and directives regarding store operation, visual merchandizing, staff training and in-store marketing store activation
To ensure all stores commercial success
To support front Retail forces via Store operation excellence programs to ensure increasing stores’ productivity and profitability
To ensure all stores comply Global Visual Merchandising standard and guideline
Identify and communicate Market needs and best practices
To visit Franchise stores and to ensure Net Sales productivity, Retail KPIs, Visual Merchandising, Re-order enforcement, etc.
To group Franchise customers, set objectives, strategies, tactics, allocate resources and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategies
To measure progress on own KPIs
To report to Area Retail Manager
To review and take action on all MIS reports
To monitor and report on stores and competitors Sales and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
To provide realistic plans and forecasts on store performances
Retail Sales, KPIs , Comp Growth of the Cluster against planned Budgets of own managed stores ( 12 - 15 stores )
Store Operations Excellence : Store Audits
Managing staff motivation/incentives and productivity, Comp growth in staff productivity - avg sales / month/year
Motivate and engage with the Store managers and the Retail associates on a day to day basis to drive the best from them
Work closely with the Partner and Partners team to implement best practices
To closely monitor merchandise movements and propose stock transfers/reorders to the partner
To work closely with the Merchandising/Visual Merchandising/Training and the COE teams and implement the guidelines received
To Train and Develop the Store managers/Retail associates which will ensure profitable and well managed stores
Functional: > 4-8 years in retail
Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/footwear
University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
