- To establish strong relationship with key customer’s decision makers and make the Company their preferred partners
- To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices the Field Sales business segment.
- Monitoring campaign’s product sell through for each accounts in the campaign period
- Align and collaborate with other functions/departments to complete certain projects
- To ensure a win-win when negotiating trade term for both adidas and field sales customers.
- To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers. Effectively respond to customer’s needs & requests while minimizing the customer complaints..
- To ensure quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives
- To present strategic initiatives for local management team
- To establish regular account visit schedule
- To sell-in and agree on sell-through support
- Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
- By proactively have meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service
- To share sell through information from account
- Make a report the market trends and competitor in the area
- Manage all clearance for both wholesales and Franchise account.
- Reviewing customers/accounts businesses and planning for the next action to help customers achieve their business targets
- Segmenting adidas products for each customer in order to get the right place to sell
- Responsible for customer’s growth or degrowth in selling adidas products
- To measure progress on assigned customer’s KPIs
- To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
- To provide realistic business plans and forecasts that is aligned with the company’s longer range plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Business with sales/customer focus
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in Sales / Key Account Management in apparel, fashion, footwear or FMCG industries
- Excellenct English and Bahasa commuication skills both oral and written
- Exposure in sports, marketing and account management is an advantage
