PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

To develop on-line business strategies and goals for adidas Taiwan and ensure target achievement

To manage and monitor E-Commerce business operation processes that is capable of delivering business results that meet the company financial goals while build the brand

To enhance the customer relationship and ultimately increase sales and maximize the marketing /promotional impact through personalization of information and offers through retail CRM activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-Commerce Planning:

- Define a multi-channel on-line approach for E-commerce business in line with the long-term strategy

- Develop quarterly OTB plan

- Work with digital marketing to create brand awareness online to drive traffic to on-line shops

- Provide the monthly rolling sales forecast and online merchandising report on regular basis

E-Commerce Management:

- Have effective communication with Operations and Finance to ensure the resource is ready to support the E-commerce

- Drive sell through by on-line database activation, marketing activities, selected CRM campaign, daily website maintenance to achieve the target

- Supervise daily merchandising by monitoring sell-through by article and take actions accordingly, such as remove the slow-moving articles, promote the best sellers, do on-time replenishment

- Ensure on time product photo shooting and product description in accordance to global guidelines

- Closely work with channel to support the inventory clearance

- Develop strong business relationship with management team of on-line partners

- Provide proper guidance to the team in daily job

- Make sure all company business processes and policies are practiced well across the team

Customer Relations Management:

- Drive retail CRM strategy and campaign

- Perform CRM performance review

- KPI s management: analyze KPIs and define segment strategy

- Manage each campaign and report final result

- Create a customer database in the store

- Align overall retail CRM with Marketing requirements

Financial:

- Be responsible for overall on-line sales performance

- Determine and implement agreed pricing policy and trade terms

- Well control T&E budget within the team

- Ensure the accuracy of all financial information required by company

Systems and Processes:

- Develop and manage e-commerce business processes, including selling processes, forecasting and financial information provision process and reporting process

- Develop and maintain proper platform to ensure e-commerce operation

- Be able to collect the market intelligence in time

- Implement control system to guarantee high level of integrity

Data Analysis:

- Conduct agencies to deliver research of consumer insight

- Use data feedback to improve Franchise Excellence

Personnel Management

- Act as a responsive and reliable point of contact for both solid and dotted line reports

- Define specific targets and review with each direct report in line with aTaiwan guidelines

- Plan include goals, key job responsibilities, competency development, measures and follow-up activities

- Provide supervisions, coaching and feedback to subordinates, insisting on integrity and openness

- Manage, develop and motivate team in alignment with the adidas Taiwan organization

- Pay attention to team member performance improvement

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Retail Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Order fulfillment, IT, Finance & Accounting

External: Online partners, agency and vendor.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree or above
