Locally promote and drive SHINE Talent structures, processes and systems in Turkey and in line with the overall Global Retail HR strategy and mission. This includes the implementation and execution of SHINE Talent standard processes like Talent Acquisition, Succession & Performance Management.
Drive the implementation and execution of SHINE Talent strategies and processes, including Onboarding, Talent Processes and Performance & Succession.
Coach the business in regard to SHINE Talent organization and processes.
Implement the projects on time, budget and quality.
Deliver reports on monthly / quarterly and annual basis.
Conduct the local retail talent services and responsibilities for Turkey.
Drive the delivery of retail talents systems, process and tools based on SHINE and drive the implementation and execution of strategic topics.
Conduct and implement assessment systems for effective succession planning for Retail field.
Take active responsibility on new joiners’ trainings for better engagement.
Requisite Education and Experience:
- University degree in social science or business administration or economics.
- At least 2 (+) years’ experience in Retail HR
- Good in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong communicator and flexible personality, for whom teamwork and increasing self-dependent working do not exclude one another and who demonstrates both a structured working method and cross-cultural competence.
