Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Act as “Strategic Business Partner” and “Coach” in the country in all relevant HR Management issues. Manage and lead the HR team in the country, ensuring that we are providing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people. Serve as the country extension of Group Human Resources to ensure a consistent application of all Group HR Standards and Principles. Support the VP, HR in providing functional leadership for HR functions within Multi-functional and Sales Force countries
