Purpose & Mission:

Drive revenue growth of e-Commerce by providing strategic and operational support of site transformation and enhancement as well as analytical insight on adidas SEA online shop  

  • Responsible for driving the vision of transforming SEA eCom into premium shopping destination through the building and implementation of global platform, tools and initiatives
  • Responsible for driving site transformation and future enhancement roll-out from global development team for SEA eCom sites
  • Responsible for managing the ongoing SEA eCom projects E2E to drive business improvement and efficiency
  • Responsible for the creation, storing and optimization of knowledge database across SEA eCom and relevant stakeholder to align the SOP across relevant members
  • Responsible for establishing clear, incisive reporting frameworks to provide the business insight and to support strategic planning and decision
  • Responsible for the understanding and usage of site analytics to improve traffic, conversion, consumer engagement and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the project scope, resources needed and availability, time and financial commitment, and the monitoring and reporting structure
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of site transformation and enhancement projects based on the agreed roadmap
  • Accurately estimate the task duration for each project to develop and maintain a realistic schedule to deliver the project on-time
  • Align the project budget with the business owner, manage and monitor the actual spend to be within the planned budget, and adjust the budget reasonably and realistically
  • Develop project milestones and key metrics for tracking and measuring, and provide status report for relevant stakeholders on the actual progress VS plan
  • Collect, sign off, archive and present the relevant information to relevant stakeholders to align and alleviate the project knowledge or SOP
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting as well as define relevant metrics and data sources
  • Support strategy development and execution of online campaigns through effective analytics focusing on uncovering trends in traffic, customer behavior and sales
  • Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality report
  • Manage the eCom analytic aspects including the production and distribution of various report to stakeholders
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and project suggestions to improve business performance
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Strong understanding of multi-platform eCommerce
  • Implementation driven personality who understands eCommerce

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • University degree in business studies/project management qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 year of experience in project management, strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Excellent decision-making, leadership capabilities and negotiation skill
  • Possess conflict resolution experience, critical thinking and high adaptability skill
  • Highly organized with ability to work collaboratively across functional groups with excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency
  • Multi-task and able to tolerate stress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using a range of diagnostic tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytic
  • Passion for youth marketing, fashion and sports.
  • Good presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • Team player
  • Very strong in building and maintaining relationships
  • Basic IT skills: Outlook and Word: Intermediate; Excel and PowerPoint: Advanced
