Position Summary

The Digital Brand Commerce (DBC) is responsible for driving the consumer acquisition strategy, the consumer retention strategy, digital innovation and platform implementation for Reebok’s brand marketing and ecommerce efforts across reebok.com, mobile and social.  The Analytics team within DBC is responsible for empowering Reebok to make data influenced digital decision to drive better business performance.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Consumer Acquisition within the Reebok Consumer Experience team, the Manager of Consumer Acquisition will help lead a team tasked with designing cross-channel, digitally-based, demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience executing successful organic and paid prospecting programs with B2C organizations, preferably in the Retail industry.  This individual is a self-starter and results-oriented collaborator, who can work closely with cross functional teams including CRM, product marketing, UX, creative and content services etc.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the demand creation strategy and prioritization of audience segments, campaigns, and budget allocation to achieve business results for the US Reebok.com business
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive inbound qualified traffic/leads through digital channels via SEM, remarketing, paid social, display, and content marketing/native ads etc.
  • Develop integrated, digitally-based outbound marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic/leads
  • Heavily influence lead capture and conversion through optimization of website and retail channels
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to build cohesive integrated campaigns
  • Develop, own and deliver on clear KPIs; create and maintain metrics on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Own results for the team, reporting and analyzing performance by campaign, segment, and channel to optimize performance
  • Lead testing of new and emerging customer acquisition techniques, including digital media tactics
  • Continuously improve consumer-first campaign strategies through analysis of historical data and collaboration with cross functional team
  • Help develop and grow a team of best in class digital marketers
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge and passion for digital marketing and innovative technologies that are changing consumer behavior (e.g. smartphones, social networks, apps, blogs etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinker; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with close attention to quality and detail

Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • 3+years in building and managing demand generation programs in a leading B2C organization, preferably in the Retail industry 
  • 2+ years’ digital marketing experience, with expertise in two or more of the following areas: SEM, SEO, Remarketing, Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic buying
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Omniture, DCM, and various data tracking platforms; Micro Strategy a plus
  • Proven track record collaborating and building effective, integrated plans with cross functional teams
  • Technical expertise with experience in media tracking/trafficking, platform management (e.g. DMP), first party data integrations
  • Experience working in an international company a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally, 10%

In the fall of 2017, the Reebok brand is moving its headquarters to a 220,000 square-foot section of the Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District. The move will bring community fitness to a next generation design and innovation space; the all new workplace will foster a vibrant collaborative culture and will allow the brand to be closely connected to the community in Boston. Alongside state-of-the-art office spaces, the headquarters will be equipped with an employee fitness center and public spaces such as a retail store.
