4 openings for: B Shift, 6am – 6pm, Thu/Fri/Sat every other Sun
Purpose: Will perform daily task including, but not limited to selecting, hot carting, rack loading, Vas make up, housekeeping, and assist other distribution departments achieve their projected volume goals. Must be willing to follow all labor movement/sharing decisions directed by management team as a condition of continue employment.
Key Responsibilities: The Forward Pick Associate will also process daily pick volumes as indicated by manager/supervisor. He/she is responsible for achieving stated selecting accuracy and performance goals.
- Impact on Business –
The Forward Pick Associate is responsible for his/her own work. The successful Forward Pick Associate will exhibit strong problem work ethic and will be a team player. Must have the ability to stand, walk and lift repetitively during their entire shift
- Customer/Suppliers/Third Parties –
The position will interact/communicate with Manger, supervisor, distribution coordinator/Contract Coordinators as well as internal department communication with management team.
- Leadership/Management Responsibilities –
Uses sound judgement to determine most efficient way to complete task at hand.
- Innovation and Change –
The Forward Pick Associate is responsible for adapting or enhancing quality or value in all ‘existing’ methods.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year verifiable warehouse experience.
