Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Accelerating eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2020 strategy for China for  adidas . Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different touch points, as well performing the important role of selling directly to the consumer. 

The ideal candidate will work as the single contact for digital assets management and collaborate with global team and local team to ensure on-time delivery of product assets at a high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand eCom’s seasonal requirements for  image & video production to ensure the content created aligns with the business needs

  • Submit range plan and buys for China market on time and maintain requests/orders information
  • Manage images request timeline and delivery timeline
  • Accountable for image accuracy – coordinate with vendor/TP/WH to check and compare the physical product with the image received from GACT, correct image by re-shooting/re-touching, escalate the image issue to GACT and archive all incidents
  • Prioritize and filter market feedback and requirements for image production ,style guide adjustment and more image resources offering from GACT
  • Lead and align special projects request with Relationship Manager
  • Communicate key decisions, crucial commercial campaigns and special projects from local market and engage with global team for production support
  • Liaison with GACT to track and manage image production
  • Coordinate sample order and shipment for photo shooting and track sample shipping and return
  • Manage local shooting and image production operational workflow
  • Introduce global style-guides to local vendors and share local market insights with global team
  • Track video production progress, availability with GACT
  • A daily/weekly/monthly clear, structured, detailed report/list is required for image & video production, readiness tracking and etc

Publishing digital product assets on the appropriate eCom sties/pages

  • Ensure local shooting is in accordance with global Style Guides
  • Streamline image production  process in China market
  • Manage confidential images and supervise vendors to download (produce) and upload normal images on-time
  • Support and coordinate local market image test projects
  • Conduct A/B testing for images if needed
  • A daily/weekly/monthly clear, structured, detailed report/list is required for image & video publishing tracking and etc

Manage incidents around Digital product assets availability and quality

  • Work as the single contact for image  status tracking
  • Sample check image exhibition on live site and detect site errors, align with cross functions and agencies to make a correction
  • Day-to-day image incident management: do physical check if required, identify & log incidents, support and fix incident submitted, track image incident solution status and communicate with global team for necessary support,
  • Review incidents update or update to digital assets and publish new content accordingly
  • Troubleshoot with agencies and studios where required
  • Responsible for GC monthly image  readiness and KPI newsletter
  • A daily/weekly/monthly clear, structured, detailed report/list is required for image & video incident tracking and etc

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital assets management, eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Be passionate about digital and able to work under intense timeline
  • Be good at Office tools such as Excel
  • Sense of responsibility, independent way to work
  • Be positive, proactive and coachable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and speaking English skills
  • Strong team player
