Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Manage consumers’ perception of the adidas brand and drive purchase intent through impactful and clear visual merchandising by managing OVMs properly

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Responsible for VM implementation and maintain quality of store environment in respective cities by managing below responsibilities
  • Guide OVM and CVM teams to ensure store merchandising is refreshed according to retail format and seasonal guidelines as well as campaign/promotion requirements.
  • Team management, include OVM store visit plan, execution report review and evaluating OVM performance
  • Giving proper coach and training for new and existing OVMs appropriately
  • Hands-on VM support for VVIP/VIP store to ensure proper execution of campaigns and promotions
  • Lead VM plan for store openings and responsible for the cross functional communication
  • Support VM training team in delivering VM training targeted to OVM, CVM and customers
  • Work with Sell-Out team on identified VM issues and guide team to take action where appropriate
  • VM support for trade meeting venue set up

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Professional background / Experience

  • Minimum 6 years visual merchandising experience with strong consumer goods or retail brand
  • Good understanding of retail business
  • A passion for and an understanding of sport
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Junior College or College degree
  • Strong PC skills
  • Open-mindedness.
  • Basic to intermediate English skills
  • Team management experience preferred
